Book arrived in perfect condition and is a very comprehensive guide to skiing. Great that it's a soft back, easy to flick through and find the information you're after.

I needed a factory service/repair manual for my recently purchased 2015 HD Heritage Softail Classic. I couild not find a factory branded manual, but ran across the Haynes manual that was described as a factory service and repair manual. I have purchased Haynes manuals in the past that were very informative and good for most repairs, but were not the same as a factory book. So, I took a shot and ordered the Haynes manual and when I received it, I was completely blown away. It was the most detailed Haynes book I've ever seen. It appears to be a direct copy of the HD factory book. The photos and detailed information is amazing. I am both surprised and extremely impressed with the manual that I received from Haynes. Great job!

The manual did not contain detailed information about a complete brake job

I asked for a refund hours after buying it cuz I realized it wasn’t for my car and no one ever replied and I never got my money back

I have owned Haynes manuals for every vehicle that I have owned since the late 1980's.

Manuel is very vague on instructions. Needs to be more in depth like the old Chilton manuels.I do not like giving negative reviews but I believe there is room for improvement.

Have used these manuals before and find them very good.

This a review of Hayes online manuals.. I have used their printer manuals for 30 years and they have always been excellent. But the online manuals are terrible and will do serious damage to the company's reputation. Even with the warnings that the online was not a detailed-how-to, I was so disappointed with the content ... A real waste of money. The information is so generic, the best that can be said for it is the content is it's just general pointers as to what you "might" have to do. You really couldn't safely attempt a repair or part replacement following the guides, what it leaves out is scary. E.g. the replacement of the battery guide doesn't mention recalibration for different versions of batteries. It is all piecemeal information, I don't know what they are trying to achieve (apart from making money)... The insult is that the online manual costs the same or more than the printed manuals for older models, but has none of the practicality. I bought it thinking it would save me time as opposed to looking for a YouTube video for a repair for the specific model of my car, I was wrong..

Overall, the manual is very good.

The on-line version is a little better than the print version because it has color pictures which makes it easier to follow.

Since , you do a step by step removal and replacement, consider doing videos that can be linked.
